The Mark 7 Digital Powder Check Sensor Gen 2 is a digital powder check sensor that can automatically stop the machine if you have a substantial double charge or no charge detected inside the case.

If this happens you will see a notification on the tablet to check the cases powder levels. A must have for people that want complete confidence that every round has powder. The Gen 2 variant comes complete with probes for small and large pistol and rifle.

The user attaches the probe that corresponds to the case type and size, then adjusts the sensing assembly to the correct height for the desired powder load. When the press operates, the probe automatically inserts into the charged case, if the infrared laser beam can pass through either the sensor bar’s “over charge” or “under charge” window then the notification triggers on the tablet.
